Best information and tips about injury claim car accident, automobile accident lawyers and personal injuries claim
Few months ago, I got in to a messy auto accident and car was totalled and suffered injuries.
Found a lawyer on Yellowpages (one with a large ad) and he seemed thrilled to take the case. Well, after the other party’s insurance denied the claim, he dropped me like a bad habit.
I’ve been calling around to other lawyers (also with large ads) and they seem interested at first but when I tell them about being denied by the insurer, they all say we’ll call you back after discussing it with our lawyers and then never do. Some even ask for photos of the accident and after I email them they never call back.
So am I getting the "brush off"?
Or should I call them back and ask what’s up?

It seems like you don’t have a case. That your car was totaled and you suffered injury is not the point. If you ran a red light into the path of a dump truck, your car would be totaled and you would suffer injuries, but YOU would be at fault and the other party would owe nothing.
Your attempts to find a lawyer suggest that this is your problem. No lawyer will take a case on contingency if they see little chance of winning. You can probably find one who will take the case on payment of a retainer. Beyond that, if you think you have a case, you’ll just have to keep trying.

They have presumably formed a view that your case does not have reasonable prospects of success and they are unlikely to win and therefore won’t get paid.
Of course, if you’re willing to pay them, then any lawyer will take up your case.

If the ambulance chasers aren’t taking your case, that should give you a pretty good idea of how good your chances of winning anything are.
Find a lawyer who will give you a free first consultation. Sit down with them and explain everything. Don’t leave out any details. Give them the whole truth (and nothing but the truth) so that they can tell you what your situation is. Then go from there.

It sounds like you do not have a very good case. Lawyers don’t make money off of cases they know they are going to lose.
