Do anyone know what they mean by precluded libility on part of the insurance company?

I had an auto accident, not of my fault and the person who caused the accident did have insurance, but it canceled out 6 days before the accident with me. Now the insurance I have paid me for my car, but not personal injuries nor my medical bills, they are deigning me. I had an attorney but I did one of Donald Triumphs number you’re fired. I need answer asap.

    If the policy was cancelled before the accident, then they did NOT have insurance.

    If you bought uninsured motorist coverage on your policy, then you file the claim in under your policy, for your injuries. If not, you’re uninsured.

    You can try to sue the other person directly, in court. You will most likely have to hire a lawyer, at $250 an hour or so – if you can’t find a lawyer to take this claim on contingency, then that probably means that the guy who hit you doesn’t have a dime to pay, even after you win, in court. He’s "judgement proof". All you’ll get, is the note that you won the case, and then you have to talk him into paying.
