Call an attorney immediately. They will probably send you for a medical exam first thing, When you got that many people involved, the insurance companies are gonna try to screw around and wait for the other insurance to pay. Get a lawyer and let them fight for you.

talk to his insurance company. Also if your injured badly, go to hospital so they can fix you. Then sue the guy that ran into so you can ‘cover medical expeses’

Your insurance company will handle everything. Simply stay in contact with them. You don’t need to nor should you sue anyone. If any suing needs to be done, your insurance company will do it on your behalf at no cost to you. If you need to see a Doctor, see a Doctor. You need not and SHOULD NOT contact anyone Else’s insurance company but your own which you say you have done. relax and let your insurance do the job you "hired" them to do…..
