I was in a car wreck and the insurance company only offered me 1,000 dollars for my injuries and inconvenience. So I called an attorney, and he sent me to a chiropractor. Due to my injuries he wants me to attend physical therapy with him 3 days a week. I was just wondering if this is going to be covered by my claim and will I get money for my self to get my life back in order.

You need to be examined by a physician. A chiropractor is not a physician and does not have sufficient training to handle head or neck injuries from a car accident.
A chiropractor has very limited training, and has no knowledge of how to handle head or neck injuries from a car accident.
A Physician with an MD Degree from an Accredited Medical School is the only person who should be advising you on head or neck injuries from a car accident.

My daughter is going through the same thing. Now that she has finished treatments, the insurance company wants her to settle for less than the cost of her treatment, and her attorney has backed off, after advising her to get the thrice-weekly treatments. He wants her to settle for $1,000. I smell a rat.

You might need an xray first by a doctor.

Car insurance covers medical bills, especially if you weren’t driving or it wasn’t your fault. This means you get MORE money, because of injury, pain and suffering. I had a similar situation here in MA, and went 3 times a week for a while, then 2. Took a couple of years but I got what I asked- ten grand. Never had any problems with my back since then, neck a little sometimes but well worth it. Don’t settle till u feel physically okay.
