i was in a car accident 4 months ago. so i hired an attorney to represent me. the police report said it was my fault which it isn’t. i had 2 witnesses that saw the car accident. my lawyer dismiss my case because i only went to a chiropractor 5 times and she said they wont get not much money from my case. so my lawyer dismiss it. now i have to represent myself against the other party who has an attorney. one major factor is that the driver doesn’t have a license when she hit me. i have 2 witnesses that saw the whole thing. the police report came out wrong. do you tihnk i can beat the other partys awyer in this case? or should i hire another lawyer.

Based on what you described, you need a lawyer. But it will cost you a lot of money if you lose. Your first lawyer saw that there was little money to made and dropped you.
If your witnesses are ceditable and believable, you have a good chance.
If you are being sued, that is also important for you to defend.
Police often make mistakes when trying to determine guilt. That’s why there are so many lawyers.
    Good luck.

The police report has you at fault. You saw a chiropractor instead of a medical doctor. Your attorney has dropped you and advised you to settle. The 2 witnesses are probably people you know and not independent unbiased witnesses. Given all that, what do YOU think your chances are?

Do you have insurance? Contact your agent, and suggest he settle with the parties to compensate them for the damage you caused them.
